| OUR PROCESS
INITIAL MEETING |
A complimentary meeting is offered to determine if the fit feels right. After the conversation, a scope of work is provided for review, no pressure, no strings attached.
PHASE 1 | SCHEMATIC SPACE PLANNING AND DESIGN CONCEPT
This stage begins with onsite measurements or a review of any existing plans. From there, a functional, thoughtful space plan is developed to suit the space and its needs. The concept is expressed through inspiration images, drawings, and simple 3D visuals so the direction is clear.
PHASE 2 | DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
Once the concept is approved, detailed drawing packages are prepared, including plans (as-built, demo, reflected ceiling, and millwork) along with key elevations. These drawings are created to communicate clearly with contractors and trades, helping everyone move forward with confidence and establish an accurate project budget.
PHASE 3 | MATERIAL SELECTION
Finishes and fixtures are selected through a mix of digital presentations and in-person meetings when needed. From cabinetry and countertops to plumbing, tile, lighting, and even the hinges, every detail is considered to create a cohesive, lasting result.
PHASE 4 | DESIGN MANAGEMENT
Contractor and trade walkthroughs are coordinated, questions are addressed as they arise, and the overall vision is carried through each stage of the project to keep everything aligned.
Each project is quoted individually, based on its specific scope and needs, keeping the process flexible and tailored to the work involved.

EQ3 WEBSITE FEATURE 2021
Zoe has worked on projects of all sizes, and she genuinely loves the full range, a quick powder room refresh can be just as exciting as a complete new build created from the ground up. Designing and refining spaces is at the heart of her work, and what she enjoys most is the process: the tweaks, the conversations, and the small decisions that bring clarity, character, and ease to a space. Zoe is passionate about the details, and how each element plays an important role in creating a space that feels complete and considered.
Getting to know her clients and understanding how they live is central to Zoe’s approach, taking the time to learn what matters to each client, how they use their home, and what they hope it will support in their day-to-day lives. Her role is to offer perspective, draw on experience, and bring thoughtful attention to possibilities her clients may not have considered, always in service of creating a space that feels genuinely theirs.
On site, Zoe works closely with architects, draftspeople, trades, and suppliers, valuing clear communication, trust, and shared problem-solving. She approaches every project with confidence and care, advocating for her clients and their vision while ensuring the process feels positive, steady, and well supported.
